Not absolutely perfect? If any of our jewellery doesn’t quite fit or the colour isn’t what you thought or you’ve simply changed your mind don’t worry. You can return any item for a refund or exchange within 21 days from the date of posting. January 21 for any December purchases.
Just return the jewellery to us in the original condition complete with packaging. We can only give refund for items in perfect condition so please don’t get any item engraved or modified until your absolutely sure it’s for you. The refund will be credited to you once we’ve received the jewellery back.
You are however responsible for the return postage charge.
Exchanges: There will of course be no postal charge in the event of an exchange; we do however need to receive the original item back before we can post a replacement.
