If for any reason your jewellery doesn't meet your expectations or you've changed your mind, you can return it for an exchange or refund. Simply send back to us within 21 days of your order date, enclosing all of the original packaging.
Please note, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons.
Just return the jewellery to us in the original condition complete with packaging. We can only give refund for items in perfect condition so please don’t get any item engraved or modified until your absolutely sure it’s for you. The refund will be credited to you once we’ve received the jewellery back.
You are however responsible for the return postage charge.
Exchanges: There will of course be no postal charge in the event of an exchange; we do however need to receive the original item back before we can post a replacement.
